What size am I?
Sizing varies between the different items you're looking at. Even though most items on our website are unisex, they fit true to size. Women could size down if they want a slimmer fit. Tie dye shirts are men shirts so women could go a size down. If you want a baggier fit overall, size up! Head wear are all one-size-fits-all. For more information, please visit our Sizing Chart.

Can ya'll do custom hats?
et itYes we can. You can pick between baseball caps or snapbacks. The design has to be one of the logo's or designs we've done in the past. You get to choose what colors and style you'd like.

Orders & Shipping
Can I change/cancel my order?
We're not able to make changes to your order once you order. If you have questions, follow up with us on our contact us form.
What's a preorder and when will it ship?
For some products, they're available for purchase before inventory has been received. Please refer to the product page at time of order for expected wait times. T6 Designs will ship out your pre ordered items within 1-2 business days after they become available.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when you place your order. When it comes to pre-orders, the same rule applies.
Where's my order?
Typically when you place an order, you'll recieve a tracking number via email so you know where your order is at any time.
What if I got sent the wrong item/damaged/defective?
In the unfortunate even of you receiving the wrong item/damaged/defective, please contact us with the following information to make sure we get this resolved quickly.
Order number, name of item you didn't receive, name of item you received instead, and a clear photography of the item you received including logo. If it was damaged/defective, follow the same steps but make sure the photography clearly shows the problem.
**All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery.
How is shipping cost determined?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package (everything you ordered) and the location it's being sent to.
What if my package got returned to sender?
If your package got returned to sender (T6 Designs), then we can send it back out. If it's been returned to sender but we have not contacted you, please let us know by submitting a contact form. We can not send international packages back out, so please ensure you have the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
Details on international shipping?
There may be customs and duty fees attached to this shipping. Customers are responsible for these as it's not included in the shipping cost. Any customs and duty fees are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Orders shipping internationally can take up to 2 weeks to arrive due to mail time constraints and customs.
Customs may hold your package longer than the estimated delivery time. Please contact your local customs office regarding customs charges and times.
Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
Please follow the instructions on our Refund Policy page.
When can I expect my refund?
It takes 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your items(s) & then up to 5 business days to refund your purchase to your original method of payment. Again, refunds will not include shipping costs.
What is your exchange policy?
Since we have limited products, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items and do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please make sure to check our sizing and garment details before ordering to make sure you're getting the correct product.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
